What data we process
Through the contact form on this site we receive your name, e-mail address and the text of your message. We collect no other personal data through the website.
Enquiries are not stored in the website database. They are sent straight to our mailbox by e-mail and handled like ordinary correspondence.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract where you approach us for legal services.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as is necessary to deal with it. Where it leads to a contractual relationship, statutory retention periods apply, in particular those governing the legal profession and record keeping.
If no engagement follows, we delete the message once we no longer need it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our hosting and e-mail provider may access it to the extent necessary to run the website and deliver mail on our behalf.
Third-party services on this site
The contact section embeds a Google map. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
The reviews section displays ratings from Google. These are publicly available reviews of our profile; displaying them sends none of your data to Google.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Technical cookies may be set by the content management system when signing in to the administration, which does not affect ordinary visitors.
The embedded Google map may set its own cookies under Google’s terms.
Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right:
- of access, and to a copy of it
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- to erasure, where we have no further reason to process it
- to restriction of processing
- to object to processing
- to withdraw your consent at any time
